By accessing and using CruiseConnect Philippines ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• "Platform" refers to the CruiseConnect Philippines website and services.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Cruise Line" refers to the cruise operators listed on the Platform.
• "Booking" refers to a reservation made through the Platform.

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

When making a booking:

• All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
• You agree to provide accurate passenger information for all travelers.
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways.

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and package:

• Cancellations must be requested through the Platform.
• Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation relative to departure.
• Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts.
• Force majeure cancellations by operators will receive full refunds.

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users may submit reviews of cruise experiences. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and comply with our content guidelines. CruiseConnect reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of CruiseConnect Philippines or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

CruiseConnect Philippines acts as an intermediary between users and cruise lines. We are not liable for any issues arising from the cruise experience itself, including but not limited to delays, cancellations by operators, personal injury, or loss of property during the cruise.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
