Yes! We support group bookings of up to 50 passengers. For groups larger than 10, contact our group sales team for special rates and exclusive perks.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for popular routes like Palawan and Boracay. Some specialty cruises like Tubbataha diving sell out 6 months ahead.
Payment & Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya (PayMaya), PayPal, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), and Dragonpay. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Yes! For bookings over ₱30,000, we offer 3-month and 6-month installment plans through major credit cards and GCash. A 2% processing fee applies.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. For installment plans, the first payment is due at booking and remaining payments follow the agreed schedule.
Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before. No refund for cancellations within 14 days. Travel insurance is recommended.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for credit cards, 3-5 days for e-wallets (GCash/Maya), and 7-14 days for bank transfers.
Onboard Experience

Yes, satellite Wi-Fi is available on most ships. Speeds vary depending on location. Wi-Fi packages start at ₱2,000 for the duration of the cruise.

Most ships have kids' clubs for ages 4-12 with supervised activities. Family-friendly entertainment includes movie nights, pool games, and educational programs about marine life.
